This is not right

I'm so disappointed on Future Sonnies when it comes to assistance they dont care, i have asked them for a settlement letter its been over a week i did not receive anything nor when i must be expecting it. i asked my friend that had requested a settlement letter from them last year he said he never received it and gave up on asking them, this means i would not get anything from them since they are not responding to my communications.
