Poor and shady service

I did a loan application on 25/05/24 and i was told that I will receive the money on Monday, come Monday nothing was in the card. I went to their offices on Thursday and I was told that they don't have funds. Yesterday they called me and told me that funds will be available to me in 15min time. Till today there are no funds. I've been trying to contact them but cannot get through.
