Future sonie financial services

There's a company called Future Sonie Financial services. They are a ***** and con people of their money. They've debited me twice in 1 month. I have been waiting for my refund for 4 days now. No one knows what they're doing. Their service is absolutely pathetic. No one cares and I'm not the only one at their offices there's a lot f us with the same query and we are waiting for our payment. To anyone who wants to use their service they're area bunch of unreliable ********* who prey on the poor.

I'm disgusted I work in a service environment. I've never in my life experienced such awful and appalling service. I do not have money because of them. I have debits going off tomorrow. I can't spend my Christmas with my family because of them. They have no sense of urgency and infact need to be shut down because this is *******.
