Cruel Service

On the 3rd of December 2021 i app**** for a once of short loan of 3000.it was at gandi square branch Jhb. I asked the consulted to debit my account on the 24th dec. Turns out they debit my account on the 15 dec R2.584. And on the 22 dec they debited another R2.584 on my other account then on the 24th they debitee again on my R2.584. I called and whatsaap the branch manager until today i havent being refunded.I am actually begging to get my money back. Noone explained the payback amount.i borrowed 3000.but i have paid R7.752.(i whatsaap the branch manager again today and she told me she doesnt know what to do.And i need my money. I called the head office and also sent email until today nothing
