Bad service

I took out a loan of R1500 last month and arranged for debit order to be month end of which I paid off R2238,58 once off, to my surprise I went in my Capitec app and I saw that tracking has been made on my account for 2238,50 to be debited on the 23rd of every month, I don't owe anything, I called the company yesterday *** and was told to call *** and speak to Invite, but was told she's not available and will call me back and never did,and even sent emails but no response even today I called and spoke to Ongie and she said someone by the name of Cindy will call but never did, I called again and she said there's nothing they can do as tracking has been made I will have to call the head office, what kind of **** is this
