Bad service

I app**** for a loan at the Smith Street branch in March 2022. Days later I was told that it was declined. I asked Mthobisi the guy who helped me to cancel the Debi check on my account and he agreed and promised that it would be removed. On the 28th of March, Amanduli financial services deducted R1651. 97 from my account. I queried with the company. Mthobisi promised that I would get it on the 29th which was on a Tuesday,but it was never returned up to a point where I asked for the Directors phone number. I spoke to him on Friday the 1st of April and he said that my money will be paid later that day. They don't call to give clarification or and update. I must call them every day and they always say finance is paying you now. Today is Monday and still they are singing the same song. All I want is my money because I don't owe them. Mr Miya the Director has a lot of empty promises. That is a very bad impact to the business. I want my money that's all. And I will never recommend anyone.
