FUTURE MOBILE TECHNOLOGY YOU SUCK !!!

I bought a Future Mobile Net-surfer tablet in December 2014 at Markham Green-acres , a month later (January 2015) it had a software problem. I took it back to Markham they sent it to Future mobile Technology for repairs and they told me to collect it after 3 weeks. 4 weeks later I went back to Markham but my Tab was not there, they contacted FMT technicians and they said they still waiting for the part. I kept on going to Markham for about seven times since February but every time when FMT is contacted, consultants kept on saying they are wait for this particular part.It's been 4 month and I haven't received my Tablet.
