BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a dual 8 tablet end of december 2014. begining of Jan 2015 it started giving me problems , so mid february 2015 i took it back to the store i bought it. the store then took it back to Future Mobile Technology, i have been waiting from Feb 16th 2015 til now April 23rd to get my phone back when i call in to enquire im told they are waiting for parts,or the phone rings for the whole two hours before its answered. im really fustrated. im phoneless as a result. i regret the day i bought that phone. Refrain from purchasing it people, those people are unhumane.
