FUTURE IP

One star rating is too much credit for this trash of a company. I have never in my life experienced such poor and pathetic service! I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company for months now. The customer service is so bad that i have to call in to remind them about my cancellation (every few days) which they fail to do and are dragging out just to get more money out of me. They do not make any effort to make sure their customers are receiving a good service at all. The accounts department sounds like they've just woken up from a 2 hour nap whenever i call and too busy to respond to emails and calls. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of customer service that I've received. I am on the verge of closing my entire bank account just to stop this company from monthly debits from my account. This is by far the worst service I've received and i would like to make people aware that they should stay away unless you are interested in dealing with a nightmare!
