Shipping Fee changes
i have ordered on 27.8.2020 DIATOMACEOUS EARTH from this company. they sent qoute via email . Shipping fee was R 69 on qoute..i paid qoute via eft..when i ask them when they will ship they told me i have to pay 120 rand more for shipping... it was ridiciolus ..they are not proffesinal. please make sure about shipping fee before you order..

We have a standard delivery fee of R69.00 across our entire website. We do have shipping restrictions on the Diatomaceous earth product page as well as other large or extremely heavy item pages. We have to put shipping restrictions on these items as they cost a lot more than our normal products to ship. The products you ordered weighed 40kg's in total and unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship that weight for R69.00. We do not just add a generic cost onto our shipping restricted items automatically because that would not be an accurate cost for us to charge our customers. We prefer to work it out on a per order bases to make sure we can offer our clients the best possible delivery rate. I do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced but I can promise you that you would not be able to get a better delivery rate than what we charged you on that order.
To be safe in the future when purchasing shipping restricted items please contact one of our sales agents so they can assist you with the shipping cost before you place the order through our website.
