Service you just dont get anymore. Excellent experience!

I recently used the online service of Futurama. I asked for a product availability and very quickly was contacted by Estiaan. He assisted me very quickly. Even after i made a mistake with the order he jumped on it to quickly fix the mistake and made sure to deliver the product within the timeframe i needed. Excellent service and communication from his side.
