Poor service delivery

I ordered a combo kit at the end MAY. A lots of items were not in the box, like the carbon filter, clamps, timer. was told the carbon filter would be in stock MID JULY, it is now almost the end of August and still to this day i haven't received any news or the carbon filter which is included in the kit. the clamps that was missing, i had to buy myself. rather go somewhere else.
