Richard, the manager is fantastic! I had ordered a product off the website, and phoned to apologise that the description of the product was incorrect. Richard checked to see what I needed from my purchase and then offered an alternative. That alternative was more expensive than my original purchase, but he was able to offer me a discounted price. He kept me up to date with the order as it was being processed, personally, by phoning me himself. Very impressed with Futurama's service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
