Not the future of online shopping!!!!! Dont support

Their website does not take stock into account, so you always need to phone first, which defeats the object of having an online store... i made payment for something that they now don’t have stock on any more and am now struggling to get my money back. Quick to take your money and slow to give help. Save yourself the frustration and don’t buy from them using their online shop. I have read reviews here where people say they feel robotic and scripted and thats 100% true. No help was offered for me. If my money isnt returned i will open ***** case with my bank
