Great Service. I ordered a hydration bladder for my hiking backpack, besides being one of the only online retailers to actually stock the brand in question, they are also very well priced. As for the service, I received a mail almost immediately after placing my order to say that the item I ordered was not something 'carried as stock' so delivery would take a little extra time (which suites me fine) and they were super helpful when I realized I had ordered the wrong size and accommodated the change in order very speedily. Would definitely use them again.
