My Futurama website experience
On 20 April 2021 I purchased an AfriTrail Sun Shade Dome. Wayne specially arranged the courier company as my order was urgent. From his side the service was excellent. The delivery was received on time and was very quick.
The only problem I experienced was their website gave an error when making payment. To which I was informed afterwards that their IT company was trying to rectify this error. Noting the finance team did refund my duplicated payment promptly.
