Money paid. Order gone. Nothing delivered.
<p>I ordered from Futurama based o'n a positive review on a reputable source. Paid. Order was confirmed. Week later no feedback. Looking for a contact on the Web none exist. The website does not work. Futurama is missing. R1000 lost? Quick to take your money and so typical no service. Futurama you are a true SA business. Consider becoming a manucipality. Your service level is the same suits the role.</p>
Monday the 8th of August I could contact Futurama. With great speed everything was resolved without any challanges. Wayne and team did not make any excuses and did not attempt to shift blame. I will shop again at Futurama. I understand now why they receive such excellent ratings and will gladly rate them 5 stars as well.
