Incredible customer service, quick delivery and brilliant staff!

I came across Futurama when I was looking for a Telescope online. I know little to nothing about the product but Ashley at their Somerset West Branch was nothing short of brilliant in helping me find the perfect one and an exceptionally reasonable price. I placed the order yesterday and received an email and a phone call to let me know my item would be delivered less than 24 hours after placing the order. Great customer service is a rarity and these guys have blown me away with their professionalism, vast knowledge of their products and general friendliness.
