I came across Futurama.co.za via a google search, when I was seeking to purchase fish food and their website was highlighted to have the best price/value.

I had never shopped with them previously, but based on great prices, I decided to give them a try. I sent an email to check on stock, and received a response from Tyler Ransom within a day. I then placed the order and was very impressed with the level of customer service, real-time tracking of shipment/delivery and then follow up post the delivery from Deidre Van Staden, on my satisfaction with the service/product.
