Great Service From Futurama

I recently made an online purchase from Futurama. And quite an expensive one at that. The sales assistant, Jason, is knowledgeable and helpful. There were little oopsies here and there in the process - which didn't bode well for my confidence (or lack thereof) purchasing online. At one point it got a bit stressful. However, these were all remedied and the items successfully received. My feeling is that the personnel at Futurama are on the ball but may occasionally have an uphill battle with their own suppliers.

I'm not sure I will ever be as comfortable with online purchasing as I am with walking into a real shop. 'Bricks' is certainly less effort on both parties than 'Clicks'. But thank you staff at Futurama for taking the time & effort to maintain a truly professional level of assistance.
