Great Sales Rep Experiance from a cutomers view,

Thank you for your prompt and professional assistance, you really de-escalated the situation very well. The sales rep my order was put off too had not informed me of anything in 3days to a point where i called in to find out what is going on,

Call 1 - lady tells me that the sales rep will send me a email 24H later, still no email nor has my order even been processed, (NO HELP AT ALL)

Call 2 (Jason) - he provide me with the new shipping amount and less than10 min later the order is being processed, (WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST)

Reps like Jason are the only reason id come back to buy off the site, Much appreciated man, I hope your service does not go unnoticed by management
