Going Beyond

About 2 years ago I had a need for a product that they don't carry, they went beyond and contacted their supplier to help manufactured this product just for me. This time around I had again a need for something they didn't carry and again they went beyond and constructed the product for me. They could have easily just said sorry we don't have it. Delivery was quick and they followed up to hear if the product is working. This time around I was helped by Brandon. I really appreciate the extra mile that he went to get stuff sorted for me.
