FUTURERAMA SUPERB

The best service ever! I ordered and paid for a product without checking stock availability.

. On the same day I received an email from Jason informing me that the said product was not in stock with Futurama and that the supplier was also out of stock. I stated that the item must be placed on back order.

Futurama rep**** (Jason) that this could be done that it is something that will not necessarily be available without a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. I stated that I am prepared to wait.

Two days later I was informed by Jason that the supplier had managed to get the said item from a party to whom they usually supply the items. Within three days after that, the item was delivered to me!!

This is the best service ever. I was also kept up to date with what is happening.

I will always recommend Futurama as very trustworthy and competent.
