Futurama not the fast way of online shopping
Pity they use Fastway couriers, who apparantly only has one courier in Cape Town (the cell number of their depo and the cell number of the person doing the delivery is exactly the same). The courier reported the parcel as undeliverable at 21h38 and 22h10 - to an office. Futurama then asked them to deliver during office hours and still no delivery. No, Futurama, Fastway is not the future of online shopping.

12 Dec 2019, 09:29Hi Gert, we do apologies for the inconvenience you experience with Fastway Couriers on this order. We do not normally use Fastway Couriers. This parcel was shipped by our supplier and they use Fastway couriers.
We hope that we managed your complaint efficiently once we were made aware of the failed deliveries.
