Futurama - Great Service

I was in market for an optics product. I approached Futurama and was contacted by Estiaan Marais. He immediately gave me detail on requested product, which was not available at time, he even connected me to local distributor for more detailed technical information I wanted.

For quite a few weeks I kept asking him for availability and prices on different alternate models as original product was still not available locally. He always responded with required information.

Eventually I decided on a different item to original that I to purchase; he quoted me at a better price to better a quote I already had from another supplier. Thank you.

Once I made payment for item, he arranged direct shipment from local agent to me.

This is great service, at a great price and what I expect from a seller that I entrust with my money.
