FUTURA - RETURN Help

I recently purchased a item from them. After two weeks, i was not satisficed with the item, due to, not there fault, but some manufacture flaws. They were so quick to respond to my email. Wrote to the supplier, and even though the supplier was not 100% convinced the item was faulty, Futurama still supported me, they willing to settle it with the supplier and said they will take my unit back, and immediately sent a list of replacements they think will work for me. And yes, i purchased again :-),

This is a example of customers service will recommend them any day. and PS.... I am im in Gauteng , they in Cape Town....
