Excellent service, customer care and going the extra mile!

One of the best customer care ever received in South Africa, especially from Wayne. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they stock. When my product was out of stock, they provided me with the new better version at no extra cost because of the inconvenience of waiting an extra week or two. On returning the product, again they were super friendly and had no problem on us returning it; they made it an effortless process. Wayne helped to select another product and again the knowledge and service was wonderful. Both products ordered had the most competitive price. Would definitely recommend Futurama!!
