Excellent customer service

Very impressed with their customer service fromt he time you place an order till you receive your delivery. They update you via email every step of the way ensuring the customer is kept in the loop regarding your order. And i had a small problem with the courier company that was delivering for them, and even though it had nothing to do with Futurama direct (although my product was from them), the type of problem i experienced, i understood was the courier company's drivers misunderstanding. Yet when i queried my delivery status and reported my problem to Futurama to follow up with courier company, they responded within 5 minutes and kept communicating with me till the issue was resolved with courier company and I received my parcel in my hands. So well done to them for their customer service. Thank you. Will definitely consider buying again from them should i need to. # WIN
