Excellent, competent customer service!

I had a lot of questions about a gazebo and I needed answers before I would make a decision about the purchase. I called Futurama and spoke with Michael Kershaw, who was very helpful and able to answer most of my questions. What a breath of fresh air to speak to a competent person on the phone, who actually knows everything about their products! For the questions he couldn't answer he contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, who emailed me on the day they reopened. Unfortunately the gazebo was not the solution I was looking for. That's excellent service, and I didn't even buy anything!!
