Excellent after-sales service

Their products are top quality and after-sales service is excellent! I reported a possible fault with a UPS system today and the supplier came out SAME DAY to assist. Problem solved. One very happy customer here who will continue to purchase from Futurama - this is my third or fourth purchase from them and I have yet to be disappointed!
