Delayed stock arrival
<p>Bad experience with their delivery. Made an order April 20th intended for a function happening a week after. Wayne from Futurama said they had stock and will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Ended up having no stock and been waiting for it for two weeks, only received the tracking number now May 04 when I ask. Did not arrive within the stated date. Not very happy</p>
Would take the negative rating back. service was good but had issue with supplier, public holiday made things worse. But they've gave a sincere apology with reasonable excuse . Also did not have to pay for a few of my orders
