Checking for stock takes forever!!!!

I have contacted Futurama on numerous occasions regarding stock on certain items and every time is the same thing. "Sir, I will take your number and get back to you as soon as I checked stock with the supplier". And then I never hear from them again. Its quite a frustrating ordeal to have to call them back every time and remind them of what I asked for. In my opinion, that's not good customer service.
