Excellent service and transparency prior to placing my order and then once order was placed. Interestingly enough, when I compared my specific item at the other 'larger' more established South African online store - Futurama's price was more competitive and most importantly, they were able to confirm delivery of the item within 3 days, unlike the competitors who were stating 10-14 days, despite the fact that the item in question was supp**** by the exact same manufacturer in Cape Town. Bravo Futurama for mixing up the status quo.
