Awesome client service as always

I would just like to give a big thumbs up and thank you to Richard Dixon for the awesome customer service. Being able to assist me with a pre-order of their FLEX Adventures product range. Also being able to source additional products from the FLEX suppliers on a special request that they do not keep stock of in store or advertise on their website.

Richard and Futurama in general was the only company that could accommodate my needs when all other companies wanted to add me to their waiting lists.
