An excellent online shopping experience

I can't fault my shopping experience at all.

As I ordered during the shutdown between Christmas & New Year, Angus emailed me & told me that there would be a small delay until the suppliers reopened on Monday the 8th of January. He did offer me the choice of refund if I so desired.

Completely understandable & I had no issue with the wait.

On Thursday last week I got a notification & that my package had shipped & it was waiting for me when I got home.

I ordered a RAM mount for my bike. The product was exactly as advertised & fitted perfectly.

No issues, no hiccups, no hassles at all. Everything was great ! Please thank the team & keep up the good work.
