After Sales terrible…!

I previously gave a 5 star review because i did get great service from Estiaan, right up to the point that i bought the product. I raised my concern of the quality of the glass on the scope as i was sceptical but i was assured that the glass was great and i have no need to concern. I have tried to make contact with Estiaan to ask if there is some kind of setting to do on 5 feb, 27 feb and again on 12 March but i didn't get any reply. As my concerns about the quality was validated. I did youtube and set all the settings to max but still it is no good. After sales is terrible. First time having this issue with Futurama.
