Not very impressed with the way my order was handled. Ordered products on the 14th of May (all of which were in stock and still remains in stock on the site), only to find out 4 working days after the order, that it in fact not in stock. Finally managed to change my order to something that is in stock and now my order has been placed on economy delivery with the courier... My order confirmation states 1-4 working days for delivery. It is now the 6th working day and my order is still in Cape Town. All of my interactions with your staff should be on record. Really unimpressed with this order and wont be using this site again. I completely understand delays due to the current state of the nation, just manage the client's expectations accordingly. No one informed me of the stock issues and I paid additional delivery fees for my order to be delivered within 4 working days.
