Fusion Incorporated - Atrocious service

8 working days ago we (hubby and I) agreed to use Fusion as our internet connection provider. Melanie was our salesperson. The only promise she fulfilled was that they would take our R 2850 and the technician would install the equipment. Thereafter it has been hours trying to reach them and immense stress as we cannot work as there is no service. We bought a "up to 10MB line" but we were getting under 1MB. We have called them several times to advise that we are working from home due to Covid but we cannot work due to the speed and that the service was not working properly. Every time we called we were put through to a "manager" who would assure us that they would come "COB next day" To date no one has arrived to resolve our issue. We are under so much stress during this time and Fusion takes our money and does not provide a service. This is heightening our stress and woes. They were not even routing us through to managers, they were call centre agents or technicians. I have consulted lawyers as Fusion has costed me in calls and time. On the 5th I called in to complain yet again and Kyle a so called manager advised that if they did not repair the issue 8th June he would give us our money back as we requested a refund. We accepted that. They did not arrive on Monday. When we called on Monday at 5pm we were still assured that someone would come When my husband then advised that we would want a refund as they did not keep to their promises we were advised by Trishen that we would need to pay a cancellation fee. How can I pay a cancellation fee for a service I did not even use. This company will be brought to task as I have now consulted lawyers. We have paid them R2850 for a service we have not used. The excuses they have used thus far to string us along until the 7 days cooling period was over has been sinister and conniving. They advised that there was faulty IP's, the database was down etc. I have now tried to contact Pravesh and Sheldon the owners listed on facebook to no avail. They took my money but did not deliver and now they are giving us the run around. Fusion is a terrible company with terrible service and tell lies to get your money. Once they have it you can kiss them goodbye.
