Very bad customer service

Furnmart Polokwane I have been calling and sending countless emails requesting for the debit order date to be changed....even today it hasnt been changed now the bank is busy charging me for debit order failure...I also requested for a simple statement it was hard for them to just email it...I am very disappointed in that branch...When they want you to buy something from their shop they make sure they convince you until you buy ....after that you are on your own.....Very bad service
