Undelivered online order from furnmart

I am expressing my disappointment with the services received from Furnmart Furniture in December 2024. I placed an online order for 2x smar****ches as they were on promotion, but to my surprise, my order has not been delivered to date. In spite of my efforts to communicate through all available channels and lodging a complaint with their customer service, the issue has not been given the necessary attention it warrants, and I am instructed to wait further. I have been waiting for an inordinate amount of time since.
