Poor product sold to me and nothing is being done.

I have bought a Bed from furnmart Phalaborwa Namakgale Limpopo in south africa, the base just broke with two weeks when i was getting on top of it. i tried to go to the branch and made a complaid it's been a month i haven't got exchange of my bed. This is totally a poor service and nothing is happeining i am not recommending anyone from buying any furniture from them and this bed was on the floor.
