Furnmart failing to update their finance system, made me a non payer, I pay every month and have proof. Failed to bury my daughter on time because I couldn’t get a loan, why? Because Furnmart doesn’t update payments

I opened an account with Furnmart in 2021, few after two months of debit orders i then informed them that I would like to pay at the bank and send proof of payments. I have been doing that since, but you know what ! They ruined my life even today they are still doing it 😭

They ruining my credit score, I can’t take a loan at any bank because they have not updated my account. On the bank system it says I never paid Furnmart which I do every month and even have the statement from the store to prove it. The bounced debit orders are ruining my name and I am a paying customer. I failed to take a loan at the bank to bury my daughter because of their I un-updated finance system. Please fix it!!!
