False advertising and poor service

I always buy from Furnmart Polokwane and as soon as my debt was settled i started getting sms's from Furnmart inviting me to buy again, for i have been pre approved for R30k and it includes a free cellphone... I went to store and was told to buy and get a free phone, witch i never got, even though I still get sms's from Furnmart telling me I will get a free phone if I buy from Furnmart. I also saw that Furnmart where charging me about R300 for insurance so I told them I have my own insurance and I sent them the coverage letter addressed to Furnmart from my Insurance stating they cover everything I bought from Furnmart. I was told they would remove the insurance from my monthly installment, but ... they didnt do it... Calling them just make them tell you they will sort it out... but they dont! Dont think I will be buying from them again!
