Customer service Failure
My is Mooilet Baker, I bought a TV( Skyworth 50 inch) 2020 April on installment at furnmat Bushbuckridge and it was insured, so the TV had a crack on the screen and ink was coming out, so I called the store and explained to them which they came and took the TV in 2022 March to be fixed and I recieved a message from head office that they are busy with it and the branch will call me, but I've never recieved any communication from the branch store, I was the one calling the guy to follow up on it and mind you I was paying for it still.
I think after some few weeks I received a message that the matter has been closed, and I don't understand how and why is't closed when I didn't even recieved it back, let alone communication about it.
So last year August I went to the store and told them it's been almost a year without assistance and I am no longer going to pay the installment, which I stopped and I'm not pleased with this because I have been consistent with the payments and all but now I am garnished because of this and I don't have the TV, so I want the TV back fixed and I will continue paying for it.
It's said that some of us get most of our furniture on installments because we can't afford to pay cash, yet when we have problems it's as if we are nothing and don't even receive help. I don't have a problem with continue paying for the TV but I will not do it until it is fixed and back.
