Complain please assist me

Good day all Am still not happy whith furnmart whiteriver I did buy a washing machine last year now the machine is not working on spinning. I did write an email on head office still now they didn't help me or respond my email. So I don't know what does that mean couse even now the machine is not working and when I call the manager they don't take my calls anymore is no even the first time I get the poor service in whiteriver. My corner is that next week they still gonna deduct my money even if you can ask them I didn't reverse my debit am the good customer so I don't understand why the giving me the bad customer service. If you guys hellopeter can't help me please take these matter forward couse am not 5he only one who's complaining about them if you are helping you not helping me only. Thank you Vivian
