Broken kitchen unit still not fixed

I bought a kitchen unit at Furnmart in June 2022..then in March 2023 the door and drawer broken and I reported the matter immediately but they didn't come to repair the unit. I called several times but instead of sending the technician to fix the unit they took me from pillar to post..till today I'm still waiting for the unit to get it repaired. I am not happy at all about their customer service..it is really unacceptable
