Bad treatment

December 2020 i bought a bed,kettle, iron and bedding on credit at furnmart,Nelspruit. After few days i settled the account..January i went there again and bought a wardrobe, plasma tv and bedding on credit..debit order was supposed to go on the 20th..i forgot to change it to the 25th coz of jobs. They called me and i made an arrangement to pay pn the 25th. Unfortunately my partner passed on ,on the 22nd and i wasn't able to do a thing nor cope. I did let them know and made an arrangement to pay after the funeral..payment was gonna be made on the 1st feb 2021..buried my loved one on the 30th jan, then a lady called Laudry phoned me asking about the payment..i told her that i will honor the commitment. But no, it wasnt enough for her, she called again by that time i was stranded coz my car was stuck nowhere, am alone nogal..i told her my problem but no she even said i should call the manager..who does that though?? They dont value their customers. I will never set my foot in that shop, ever again. I am settling the outstanding debt and get the **** out..
