24 Hours after visited the shop, staff is still not delivered to my adress.

Yesterday i went to Furnmart - Phalaborwa branch to buy 2 beds and a bar fridge for my guesthouse. I submited what i was asked for - Statement for 3 months. Was promised by Maite that my stuff would be delivered yesterday...as soon as a backie was available...Waited the rest of the day....At 18 h 30, i got a message telling me that there was no delivery to be made, but first thing in the morning......I went back there at 14 h 10 today to find out that my contract was still not authorized , therefore my stuff would not be delivered. My rooms have no beds, bcause i had shifted the old ones, and guests were on their way. I asked the lady is question to ask the manager for H/O telephone number. He just not gave it to me as he passed in front of meat least 5 times simply ignoring me.

I really dont know what is the criteria that you guys use to nominate these managers, bcause honestly this guy would never be a manager with my ways of choosing. He has no idea or manners whatsoever to deal with clients.
