Worst Service Ever

Worst service ever. I never know what is going on with my order unless I phone. Upfront payment of thousands of rands just to wait 11 weeks and still no update or idea of when I will be receiving my furniture. They have their money, so they just don't care. I completely regret thinking that I will receive great service from an upmarket furniture store - what a mistake. I have received better service from Mr. Price and Decofern who would have been a fraction of the price.
