Unhappy client, poor service and communication with empty promises

Bought a bed in June 2025 with turnaround time of 6 working weeks, I have not received my bed and charged an arm and leg for delivery. No communication on updates, I follow up and always told the logistics manager will call to arrange delivery. I'm still waiting for that call till date and have no product. The sales team mention they wait for information from warehouse and it seems like there is no proper communication and tracking system on orders in backlog and customers are not kept in the loop. This is unacceptable and totally unfair to their clients. Very poorly run business and it comes across as a professional business knowing what they are doing. I regret trusting them and this is unfortunately a very bad lesson I've learned. I will never use them again and would not recommend their business to anyone.
